Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@dervries.nl. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return address: will be provided after you contact us via email to request a cancellation.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@dervries.nl so the issue can be assessed and resolved.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions: unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
